Death To My Longstrike CS-6

Evening all! I guess it is time for a little story, a story that might create laughter in some and frowns in others.
On June 2nd, about midnight, I set to removing the air restricter from my Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6. I unscrewed a side and removed it, viewing all the internals. I removed the bolt sled as well as the plunger, which happens to be a Reverse Plunger, with just enough power to shoot 5ft-10ft. After about half an hour trying to knock the air restrictor out, I gave up and tried putting the bolt sled back in place. Took me awhile, but I finally thought I had it. Screwed the side back onto the blaster, and moved the bolt back. It would then not go forward like it was supposed to, and I knew something came out of place inside. I was too tired to fool with it anymore, and went to bed.
The next morning after church, I set to it again. I fought the thing for an hour, and couldn't get things right. So, I removed ALL internals and put them in a bag. Screwed the blaster back together, and now I only have a shell of the former Longstrike.
The Longstrike internals inside a plastic bag, after I couldn't put things back in place.
A Look inside my Longstrike from the front of the blaster, revealing the blank, emptiness.
The reverse plunger and bolt sled from the Longstrike, hanging on my bulletin board.

After it was all said and done, I was convinced that it wasn't a big deal, considering how useless the former blaster was and how I never used it because of the lack of power. Only a few months old and it could only shoot 10ft, at the most. Much difference then the Longshot and it's direct plunger, and 35ft+ range.
Anyways, I figured I could share this little mishap with you guys. Sort of a "What not to do with the wrong tools" lesson. Don't try modifying without proper stuff or you might end up like me! :)
